How group scheduling works

  1. 1

    Create a poll

Name the meeting, pick the first date and, if you like, add the people you expect.

  2. 2

    Share the link

Send one private link. Guests add their name and tap the half-hour slots they can make. Changes save automatically.

  3. 3

    Pick the best time

Compare everyone on a heatmap, see who overlaps with whom, and take the suggested top three times.

An availability poll built for distributed teams

Time zone aware

Search for any city and see every slot in local time. Saved times are exact moments, so nothing shifts when you travel or when clocks change.

Weekdays or full dates

Ask for recurring weekday availability or for specific calendar dates, whichever suits the meeting.

Heatmap and overlap

See how many people are free in every slot, highlight one person, or compare two people side by side.

Best shared times

Agenda ranks the slots where the most people are free, so you can decide in seconds.

No account for guests

Participants join from a link. Personal edit links let them return from any device and change their answer.

Calm and accessible

A clear interface that works with a keyboard, on a phone and with a screen reader.

Private by design

Meeting titles, dates, participant names and availability are encrypted before they are written to storage. Polls can only be opened with their private links, and there is no public directory of meetings.

When you create an account, your password is stretched in your browser and only the result is sent, so the server never sees the password itself. There is no advertising and nothing is sold. Please keep your password safe: it cannot be recovered by email.

Frequently asked questions

What is Agenda?

Agenda is a private meeting scheduler. You create a poll, share one link, and everyone marks the times they are free. Agenda then shows when most people overlap.

Do my guests need an account?

No. Guests open the invitation link, add their name and tap the times that suit them. Only the organiser creates an account.

How does Agenda handle time zones?

Every poll is anchored to London time, and each person views it in their own time zone, chosen by searching for a city. Availability is saved as exact moments, so changing your view never shifts your times.

Is my data private?

Meeting titles, dates, names and availability are encrypted before they are stored. Your password is stretched in your browser and never sent to the server. Polls can only be opened with their private links.

How does Agenda find the best time?

A heatmap shows how many people are free in every half-hour slot, a person-by-person overlap matrix shows who matches with whom, and Agenda suggests the top three times.

How is Agenda different from Doodle or When2meet?

Agenda is an independent project with no advertising and no guest accounts. It focuses on privacy, clear time zone handling and a calm interface.

How many people and dates can a poll cover?

A poll holds up to 100 people and covers a 15-day response window in 30-minute slots, using either specific dates or weekdays.
